This is our complete associate and sub associate banner and text link archive. We
will notify you via email when we create new banners and we'll also let you know
which banners are getting the most click thrus AND sales.
Use the banner or text link that would be most applicable to your site. For example, if you had a website
that specialized in training issues, you would use a banner that said
"ATTENTION TRAINERS". Obviously you would get more people clicking on
this banner than if you put up a banner that said "ATTENTION
TOASTMASTERS." Now, some of the trainers that visit your site might be
Toastmasters, but it would only be a small percentage. Putting up the wrong
banner seriously decreases the number of your visitors who would click which
will decrease the number of sales you make.
If you have more than one type of visitor that comes to your site, you can put different banners and links to suit. In the example above, you could have a "TRAINERS" banner on your main page and a text link like "For Toastmasters Info click here." This would take the people interested in Toastmasters to a separate page of your site that contained Toastmasters information. On this page it would be appropriate to add your "ATTENTION TOASTMASTERS" banner or larger text link.
Remember the more exposure you give the banners and links the more money you can make.
Use whatever banners or text links that are likely to be of interest to the type of visitors you attract to your website.
How to Use the Banners
Right click on the banner you want to use. This will give you a drop down box. Choose "Save" or "Save Picture As." Click on this and save the banner somewhere where you can find it. Then upload the banner to your website using your web creation software, or simply give the link to this page to your webmaster and tell he/she where you want the banner on your website.
Don't forget to link your banners, and text links.
Each type of banner has a specific link associated with it. You will find the specific link at the top of each banner page below. Only use the link associated with the banners on the same page. That is because a "Toastmasters" banner has a link that takes the visitor directly to a sales page for Toastmasters. Each of the other banner pages has a similar link that takes the visitor to the sales page that is right for them.
Keys To Testing Banners: the banners will have different click-through rates at different sites.
The key to getting large referral checks is to best match the banner to your site's content. You
might want to try one banner for 2-3 weeks to see the click through and order rates (which you
can view by visiting the special "reports" URL you were assigned) and then change it to the
other banner to see which banner makes you more money. This is the great thing about this
program, you can try different locations and different banners to see which location and which
banner makes you the most money.
Please note that if you are testing to see what location or what banner pulls the best at your
site, you must leave it there for at least 3000 impressions to get an accurate ratio of
click-throughs. In other words, 3000 people must see that banner to get a good idea of the
click-through rates, you cannot get a accurate percentage if you only display it to 50 people
and then calculate the click-throughs. This 3000 impressions of the banner may happen in just
a few hours at some of the larger sites, or it may take a few weeks for the smaller sites... so
be aware of how many impressions of the banner you are displaying (you can tell this through
your ISP's server counts, or if you have a counter on your webpage). If you don't understand
this or are having any problems, please email me.
How to Use the Text Links
You can simply copy and paste the text links on to your webpage or type them in directly. Then hyperlink them using your special URL that came to you in your welcome page or that can be found at the top of the appropriate banner page below.
