I got some responses that people didn't believe it was me who
sent the first email. so here it is again. And yes it's me.

QUESTION: Tom why are you doing this?

ANSWER: I spent literally years helping build up James
Malinchak's business and then I started seeing him screw over the
"little people" for large amounts of money and kiss butt on any
celebrity within a thousand yards.

He got rid of me when he couldn't wine and dine
and buy me off at his country club to keep silent about all this.
I want him to know that he got what he wanted.....celebrity
status which means the rules change and the world is watching his
actions. People like me and many journalists around the world
will pounce when wrongdoing is suspected.

QUESTION: What do you expect to get out of all this?

ANSWER: Well, I've already gotten lots of lost sleep worrying
about the people he's hurt and compiling all the documents.

What I want is the $5,000.00 plus interest paid to the
charity that he pledged and didn't give (complete and gory
details are on page three of my dossier on the true Secret
Millionaire.) Get ready to get sick when you read what this
lowlife did to a children's charity.

And I want a public review and refunds issued to all people that
have paid him more than $1000.00 who don't feel they got their
money's worth. I have in my possession a long and growing list. I
might add that in my discussions with many of these people, they
are very unhappy, but afraid to complain because of bullying and
threat of blackballing by James Malinchak and his company.

So there is absolute no chance that this is considered
coercion, regardless of what James Malinchak does, I am turning
my findings over to the State Attorney General's office of Nevada
and Texas and the Federal Trade Commission.

stunts James Malinchak is pulling. I just conveniently stayed up
all night and compiled them for you.
