Even though this is a very sad situation I had the best laugh
I've had for a long time yesterday when I received a Cease and
Desist order from James Malinchak's attorney, Lynda B. Goldman,
ESQ from Lavely and Singer. . . .Everyone wave HI Lynda!

According to the Wall Street Journal law blog this is the same
lawfirm hired by Tiger Woods to cover up his activities.

"The Los Angeles-based 15-lawyer law firm Lavely & Singer, which
has developed a reputation as perhaps the go-to law firm for
celebs in squabbles with the media."

The Internet is really great isn't it? Now because of this
document all these millions of people will see what a bad guy I
am for being mean to a big TV Celebrity.

concept.

This is in effect a legalized form of bullying.

The idea is that most people, even if they know that they are
right, do not want to become involved in lengthy and expensive
litigation just to prove their point, So, they obey the cease
and desist letter rather than become involved in potential

A large corporation or a wealthy individual files a lawsuit in an

Besides writing some absolute untruths in the document, James
Malinchak's own attorney wrote the following. . . hahahaha. I
can't help to laugh.

from his recent appearance on ABC's "Secret Millionaire". . ."
