Tom draws on his entertainment (over 2000 performances) and business experience to put

Tom pretends to be the waiter at your banquet or luncheon. He gives the worst service you
ever saw. Since the attendees don't know everything is staged, they feel what it's like to
get truly bad service. Tom is eventually fired, storms out of the room, then comes back
