Based on Tom's exploits as the owner of Prankmasters, a company that custom designed over 4000 practical jokes in and around our Nation's Capital. Tom has been covered by newspapers, radio and television stations world-wide because of his crazy antics.
Imposter Guest Speaker. 15-40 Minutes. Can be combined with other presentations or done alone. Tom starts out as a believable industry expert then gets bizarre to the point of lunacy. The audience loves it when they find out they've been had.

This is the classic humor in the workplace program. Tom will show employees and
managers just how important it is to stay lighthearted at work. The benefits include:

Up to one hour. This is the only customer service presentation of it's kind. Tom impersonates a clumsy and/or rude waiter at your luncheon or banquet. Since participants don't know it's a gag, they really feel what the customer feels when they get bad service. Tom then gets fired, leaves the room and changes his appearance. He then comes back as the customer service speaker. You should see the looks on their faces when the gag is revealed.
